In person
QR code or WhatsApp group link. Each guest opens it on their phone, builds an avatar in 30 seconds, and plays alongside everyone in the room. Cast the tug-of-war scoreboard to the TV so the whole party cheers along. Photos from the room land in the feed in real time.
Virtual
Paste a Google Meet, Zoom or Whereby URL in the admin. A "Join the call" card appears for every connected guest. The same mini-games run on each guest's phone or laptop — no co-location required. Gift registry pays via Stripe (or PIX for Brazilian guests) directly from the link.
Hybrid

What is BabyParty?
An online and in-person baby shower platform. You create the event page in minutes, send an invite with a single link, and guests join from the browser: a pixel-art avatar, more than 30 games, a photo feed, a gift registry and a diaper goal.
How much does it cost to host?
Creating the shower is free, start to finish. The platform keeps a small percentage of each gift bought through it and each diaper donation, and that is what keeps it running. Guests pay nothing to take part.
Can I run a virtual baby shower?
Yes. The same link works for a virtual, in-person or hybrid shower. Paste your Google Meet, Zoom or Whereby address in the admin and a join-the-call button appears for every guest; the games and the leaderboard work the same for the room and for whoever is far away.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. It opens in any phone or desktop browser, with a quick sign-in on the link itself. Anyone can add it to their home screen, but nobody has to go through an app store.
How does the gift registry work?
You build the list and each guest reserves what they will bring, so no gift arrives twice. They can pay by Pix or card through the platform, or mark that they will bring it in person. The diaper goal shows a pile that fills up as donations arrive.
Which languages does it support?
Portuguese, English, Spanish, French and Italian. The page opens in each guest's browser language, and anyone can switch at any time.
